Shipping Methods

Buranku processes orders in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from Monday to Friday. Buranku processes orders within 48 hours of the order’s placement, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. 

Buranku ships all over the world via DHL Express or FedEx internationally or any other courier available for local shipping.

Buranku cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Buranku's control.

Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.

Delivery for shipments addressed to:

West Malaysia: approximately 1-2 working days 

East Malaysia: approximately 2-3 working days 

Singapore: approximately 2-3 working days 

Brunei: approximately 2-3 working days 

Rest of the world: approximately 4-5 working days.
