Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase from BURANKU, you can return it for a Refund, Store Credit or Size Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We offer free returns for Store Credit. A small restocking fee will be applied to Returns. For Size Exchanges, we have a small fee of RM12 ringgit - Return to BURANKU shall be made by the customer.

Return Conditions

Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.

Items must be returned in the condition they were packaged and sent. Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. Items that smell like they have been washed will not be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or have deodorant markings or other stains will not be accepted.

No returns or exchanges on used items, gear. 

All items with a ‘Final Sale’ notification are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on Final Sale items.
